1. Please Produce Original Service Request Report Or Sender ID Message While Talking Delivery of the Products
  2. The Company is not responsible for the Accessories not recorded the Service Report
  3. An Intimation and message may be given by Company by telephone at the contact Number on the Service Report Provided by the customer. Company will not be liable for wrong telephone number or address provide
  4. The product should be collected within 30 days from the date of intimations on the original service report, otherwise accommodation charge Rs,10/- Per day will be levied subject to maximum of 90 Days, after which the company shall dispose of the product to recover the cost incurred in it
  5. All Repairs of Laptop, Desktop, projector, Printer, Monitor & IT Hardware’s are warranted 15 days from of closed call
  6. Incase the job is not completed or estimation is approved minimum Service Charge has to be paid
  7. Delivery Date may be delayed in case of spare unavailability
  8. All estimate cost are approximate and subject to change on completion of the job
  9. All Articles taken for repairs shall be subject to owners Risk
  10. Damage to the Semi-Defective part during services cannot be held Responsible. While Service certain equipment parts of modification in the circuited will not be done
  11. Old defective parts removed from the sets will not be returned.
  12. Full Payment is strictly due on collection from your Products. Penalty for cheque bounce Rs.500/and 21% P.A will be Payable on bounced cheque amount from date of bounce to date of realization

  14. All Software and Data are Clint Responsibility . Please backup all the data before submitting for repair
  15. Our Operating Hours are Monday to Saturday from 10:00AM to 7:00PM Excluding Sunday & Public Holiday
  16. Incase any dispute relating to this contract the jurisdiction will be in salem
